7. חלוקת יתרות
אם ייוותר סכום לחלוקה לאחר חלוקת הסכומים כאמור בתקנה 4, הוא יחולק לפי החלק היחסי של מספר ימי אשפוז בית תוספתיים שביצע כל בית חולים בתקופת הביצוע מתוך סך כל מספר ימי אשפוז בית תוספתיים של כל בתי החולים הכלליים בתחומים אלה יחד באותה תקופה, ואולם לעניין זה יום אשפוז בית במחלקות האחרות יקבל משקל כפול מיום אשפוז בית במחלקות הפנימיות או יום אשפוז בית בבית אבות.
