Section 10 of תקנות בריאות העם (אמות מידה לחלוקת סכום נוסף) (הפעלת שדות קליניים), התשפ״ו–2025, הוראת מעבר.
10. הוראת מעבר
(א)בית חולים שבעת תחילת תקנות אלה גבה מאוניברסיטה תעריף העולה על התעריף המרבי המותר לשדה קליני, יידרש לעמוד בתקנה 3(10) במועד החתימה על הארכת ההסכם או על הסכם חדש עם האוניברסיטה, או עד יום ל׳ בתשרי התשפ״ח (31 באקוטובר 2027), לפי המוקדם שבהם.
(ב)יראו בית חולים שיעמוד בתקנות 3(2) עד (11), (13) ו־9(א) עד יום כ״א בכסלו התשפ״ז (1 בדצמבר 2026) כבית חולים שקיים את תנאי התקנות האמורות.
