28. רישום
במזכירות ינוהל רישום של העררים שהובאו לפני בית הדין תוך התייחסות לפרטים אלה:
(1)מספר התיק;
(2)מספר ההודעה על החלטה להטיל קנס, אם יש;
(3)תאריך הגשת הערר לבית הדין;
(4)שם הדיין;
(5)שמות בעלי הדין ומעמדם בערר;
(6)הסעד המבוקש בערר;
(7)האגרה ששולמה;
(8)תאריך הדיון אם נקבע כזה.
