31. דיון בימי פגרת הקיץ
בימי פגרת הקיץ בית הדין רשאי לברר ערר בעניין מסוים אשר לגביו הורה ראש בית הדין, או דיין שראש בית הדין מינה לכך, כי יש לבררו מן הטעם שהוא אינו סובל דחייה או בערר מסוים שהובא לפניו ואשר אינו סובל דחייה, והכול מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
