36. חישוב מועדים
מניין הימים שנקבעו בתקנות אלה יימנה מיום מתן ההחלטה, אם ניתנה לפני בעל הדין; לא התייצב בעל דין אף שזומן כדין, יימנה המועד מיום מתן ההחלטה כאילו ניתנה לפניו; ניתנה החלטה שלא לפני בעל דין, יימנה המועד מיום המצאתה לו כאמור בפרק ז׳.
