3. רשימת המחלות הנדירות החייבות בדיווח
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)חובת הגשת דיווח כאמור בתקנה 2(א), לעניין מחלה נדירה, תהיה לגבי מחלות נדירות המופיעות ברשימה שיפרסם הממונה באתר האינטרנט של משרד הבריאות, על פי המחלות ששכיחותן בפורטל המחלות הנדירות היא למטה מ־1 ל־2,000 לידות.
(ב)הממונה יעדכן את רשימת המחלות הנדירות כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) בכל 1 בינואר ובכל 1 ביולי, לפי השינויים שחלו בפורטל המחלות הנדירות.
