8. הוראות מיוחדות לעניין מידע גנטי שדווח
תיקון: תשפ״ה
מידע המנוי בפרט (ח) לחלק ב׳ לתוספת השנייה, שדווח לממונה לפי תקנות אלה יוצפן כך שלא יהיה ניתן לפענוח, לקריאה או לשימוש אלא על ידי הממונה או מורשה גישה, לשם מילוי תפקידם ולמטרות הדיווח לפי תקנה 4 בלבד, ולעניין מורשה הגישה – רק אם קיבל אישור מיוחד לכך מהממונה ומהממונה על אבטחת המידע במשרד הבריאות, ויחולו לעניין זה הוראות תקנה 7(ב), בשינויים המחויבים.
