25. המצאת צילום לבעל רכב
פנה בעל רכב שהומצא לו חשבון על סמך צילום לפי תקנות אלה בבקשה לקבלת צילום רכבו מבעל הזיכיון, בעל הזיכיון ימציא לבעל הרכב את הצילום האמור או יאפשר לבעל הרכב לצפות בצילום האמור באופן מאובטח באמצעות האינטרנט.
