29. שימוש בתג חיוב
(א)תג חיוב יותקן על השמשה הקדמית של הרכב, או במקום אחר ברכב, לפי הוראות בעל הזיכיון שיינתנו מזמן לזמן.
(ב)השימוש בתג חיוב יהיה לפי סוג הרכב, לפי הוראות בעל הזיכיון שאישרה הרשות הממונה.
(ג)בשל שימוש בתג חיוב שאינו מתאים לסוג הרכב, באופן שהחיוב הנגבה לפיו נמוך מהחיוב שהיה נגבה בשל שימוש בתג חיוב מתאים, ישולמו פיצוי והחזר הוצאות.
