Section 4 of תקנות כביש אגרה (כביש ארצי לישראל) (סכומי דמי הגבייה) (סומך – בית העמק), התשפ״ו–2026, הוראת שעה.
4. הוראת שעה
(א)בתקנה זו, ”יום תחילת תקופת ההפעלה“ – היום שייפתח בו לתנועה הקטע הראשון מן הקטעים המרכיבים את כביש אגרה סומך בית העמק.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנה 3(א), עדכון ראשון של דמי הגבייה ייערך ביום תחילת תקופת ההפעלה, ולעניין העדכון הראשון של דמי הגבייה כאמור, המדד היסודי יהיה המדד שפורסם בחודש אוקטובר לשנת 2023, והמדד החדש יהיה המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום תחילת תקופת ההפעלה.
