בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 33 לחוק גנים לאומיים, שמורות טבע, אתרים לאומיים ואתרי הנצחה, התשנ״ח–1998, אני מכריזה לאמור:

1. מטרה

מטרת אכרזה זו ליישם את הוראות פרוטוקול בדבר אזורים מוגנים במיוחד ומגוון ביולוגי בים התיכון (Protocol concerning Specially Protected Areas and Biological Diversity in the Mediterranean) מכוח אמנת ברצלונה להגנה על הסביבה הימית ואזורי החוף של הים התיכון (Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean), שישראל צד לה.

2. אכרזה על ערכי טבע מוגנים

ערכי הטבע המפורטים בתוספת, מוכרזים בזה ערכי טבע מוגנים.

3. תחילה

תחילתה של אכרזה זו 30 ימים מיום פרסומה.
