11. תחולה והוראת מעבר
תקנות אלה יחולו גם לגבי המקרים המחייבים הודעה למרשם לפי סעיף 34 לחוק שאירעו לפני יום התחילה, ולעניין מקרים אלה הרופא המטפל או הרופא האחראי, לפי העניין, יעביר הודעה לרשם בתוך שנה מיום התחילה.
