5. העברת מידע לרשם היילודים ממרשם האוכלוסין
לבקשת רשם היילודים לקבלת מידע בהתאם לסעיף 35 לחוק, תמסור רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה את הפרטים, כפי שהם מופיעים במרשם האוכלוסין, ותעבירם באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים.
