7. מחיקת פרטים ממרשם היילודים אם לא נולד ילד
רשם היילודים ימחק פרטים לפי סעיף 34(ג) לחוק בתוך 30 ימים מיום שקיבל הודעה כי לא נולד ילד לנתרמת או לאם הנושאת לפי תקנה 3(ב).
