9. אבטחת המידע
המרשם יאובטח בהתאם להוראות לעניין מאגרים שחלה עליהם רמת האבטחה הגבוהה לפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע״ז–2017; על מסירת מידע לפי תקנות אלה יחולו ההוראות בעניין אבטחת מידע לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, ולפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (תנאי החזקת מידע ושמירתו וסדרי העברת מידע בין גופים ציבוריים), התשמ״ו–1986.
