4. תשלומים למפרע
תשלומים בשל עדכון המשכורת הקובעת לפי סעיף 3, בעד תקופה שקדמה למועד כניסתו לתוקף של צו זה, ישולמו בתוספת הפרשי הצמדה בשיעורים הקבועים בפסקאות (א) ו־(ב) לסעיף 6(א2)(3) לחוק.
