על אף האמור בתקנות אלה, התשלומים בפרק ב׳ לתקנות התקשורת (בזק ושידורים) (שימוש ברשת בזק ציבורית של מפ״א), התשע״ה–2014, יחולו על שירותים בעד שירות נלווה לשימוש ברשת של חברת ”בזק“, הוט או ברשת של פורס באזור תמרוץ, לפי העניין, עד יום התחילה.
