2. ייצוג שני נאשמים ויותר
נתמנה סניגור אחד לשני נאשמים או חשודים באותו תיק והסניגור הציבורי המחוזי שוכנע שיש בנסיבות הענין צידוק להגדלת שכרו של הסניגור, רשאי הוא להוסיף לסכומים הקבועים בתקנה 1 סכום שלא יעלה על 50% מהם ובלבד שלא יוסיף יותר מ־25% בשל הגנה על נאשם או חשוד נוסף אחד בלבד.
