28. פרסום בדבר פטור מתנאים למתן רישיון
הממונה יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של רשות הגז הטבעי, אחת לשנה עד ליום 31 במרץ, את מספר הפעמים שהוחלט על מתן פטור מתנאים למתן רישיון, התנאי שממנו ניתן פטור והסיבה למתן הפטור, והכול לגבי השנה שלפני מועד הפרסום.
