3. ביצוע עבודת גז בידי בעל רישיון מתאים
(א)לא יעסוק אדם בעבודת גז כאמור בתקנה 2, אלא אם כן הוא בעל רישיון עוסק מסוג המתאים לביצוע אותה עבודה כאמור בפרק זה.
(ב)הממונה רשאי לתת לאדם רישיון עוסק אם הוא עומד בתנאים למתן רישיון כאמור בסעיף 15(א)(1) ו־(2) לחוק, וכן בתנאים המפורטים לגבי כל סוג רישיון כמפורט בפרק זה.
