3. תנאי כשירות וניסיון מקצועי של בוחן בבחינות לקבלת רישיון לשמאות רכב
תנאי הכשירות והניסיון המקצועי הנדרשים מבוחן שיוסמך לבחון מועמדים לקבלת רישיון לשמאות רכב, כאמור בסעיף 150(ג) לחוק, יהיו כל אלה:
(1)הוא בעל רישיון תקף לשמאות רכב;
(2)הוא בעל ניסיון של עשר שנים לפחות בתחום שמאות הרכב, ובלבד שעסק בפועל בשמאות רכב במשך חמש שנים לפחות מתוך שבע השנים שקדמו למועד הסמכתו לבוחן;
(3)הוא אימן שני מתמחים לפחות בתחום שמאות הרכב, שסיימו את התמחותם.
