6. ביצוע ותקנות לעניין בית הדין השרעי
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה לעניין בית הדין השרעי, והוא רשאי, בהסכמת נשיא בית הדין השרעי לערעורים ובאישור ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת –
(1)להתקין תקנות לביצועו, לרבות קביעת אגרות בעד הליכים לפי חוק זה;
(2)לשנות, בצו, את חלק ב׳ לתוספת הראשונה ואת חלק ב׳ לתוספת השנייה.
