21. הרחבת תחולה לעניין נמצאים בישראל שאינם מבוטחים
על אף האמור בסעיף 20(א)(5), הוראות חוק זה יחולו גם לגבי שירותי בריאות שניתנים למטופל שנרשם להסדר מיוחד, כאילו היה מבוטח.
