על החלטות פקיד השומה, המנהל ורשות החדשנות לפי חוק זה ניתן לערער לבית המשפט המחוזי, ויחולו לעניין זה ההוראות לפי סעיפים 153 עד 158 לפקודה, בשינויים המחויבים.
