6. תחילה ותחולה
תחילתו של חוק זה ביום י״ב בטבת התשפ״ו (1 בינואר 2026), והוא יחול על הכנסות מזכות שהופקו או שנצמחו בישראל של עולה או תושב חוזר ותיק כאמור בסעיף 2, מהיום שבו העולה היה לתושב ישראל לראשונה או שהתושב החוזר הוותיק היה לתושב ישראל.
