51. חוק המים – הוראות מעבר
בתקופה של שנתיים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה, לא יהיה ניתן להפעיל סמכויות לפי פקודת המסים (גבייה), כאמור בסעיף 48(ג) לחוק המים, התשי״ט–1959, כנוסחו בחוק זה, לגבי גבייה של תעריפים שהמועד לגבייתם חלף לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, כלפי מי שערב תחילתו של חוק זה לא היה ניתן להפעיל לגביו את הסמכויות לפי הסעיף האמור כנוסחו ערב תחילתו של חוק זה.
