14. עונשין
העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – קנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977:
(1)השוהה במתחם מירון בזמן ההילולה בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2(א), או במתחם קבר רבי שמעון בר יוחאי בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2(ב);
(2)המארגן או המבצע הדלקה במתחם מירון בזמן ההילולה בניגוד להוראות סעיף 4;
(3)המארגן או המקיים אירוע נוסף במתחם מירון בזמן ההילולה בניגוד להוראות סעיף 7(א).
