17. מסמכים שיש להגיש לוועדה המקומית עם הגשת תוכנית לשיקום והתחדשות
על אף האמור בסעיפים 61א ו־62ב(ה) לחוק התכנון, הוגשה תוכנית לשיקום והתחדשות לוועדה המקומית על ידי ועדה מקומית או רשות מקומית – יוגשו הערות מהנדס הוועדה המקומית לאחר בדיקה תכנונית מוקדמת כאמור בסעיף 62ב(ה) לחוק התכנון, עם הגשת התוכנית לוועדה המקומית.
