31. החלת הוראות לפי חוק התכנון וחוק מתחמים מועדפים
הוראות לפי חוק התכנון יחולו על תוכנית לשיקום והתחדשות שתוגש לוועדה המקומית לפי פרק זה ועל היתר מכוחה, והוראות לפי חוק מתחמים מועדפים יחולו על תוכנית שתוגש לוועדה למתחמים מועדפים לפי פרק זה או שהועברה אליה לפי סעיף 21(א) או (ב) ועל היתר מכוחה, והכול אלא אם כן נקבעה בפרק זה הוראה אחרת באותו עניין.
