35. תחולת הוראות מחוק פינוי ובינוי על עסקאות שיקום באזור לשיקום והתחדשות
הוראות סעיפים 1א ו־1ב(א) ו־(ב) לחוק פינוי ובינוי יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין עסקת שיקום, ככל האפשר ובהתאם לנסיבות שלאחר קרות נזק המלחמה.
