55. הסכמת רשות מקרקעי ישראל
(א)על אף האמור בכל דין, נדרשה הסכמה מאת רשות מקרקעי ישראל, לעסקת שיקום או להסכם יציאה, לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר או לבקשה להיתר באזור לשיקום והתחדשות, תיתן רשות מקרקעי ישראל הסכמה כאמור בתוך 45 ימים ממועד הגשת הבקשה לכך.
(ב)חלפו 45 ימים ולא התקבלה הסכמה מאת רשות מקרקעי ישראל כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יראו את הבקשה להסכמה כמאושרת.
