(א)הנוסח שולב בחוק מיסוי מקרקעין (שבח ורכישה), התשכ״ג–1963.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 49כב2(א) לחוק מיסוי מקרקעין, כנוסחו בסעיף קטן (א), יחולו גם על הסכמים שנחתמו לפני יום התחילה, ובלבד שיום המכירה כמשמעותו בסעיף 49כ לחוק האמור טרם חל לגביהם ביום התחילה.
