2. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
"האזור" - כהגדרתו בתקנות שעת חירום (יהודה והשומרון – שיפוט בעבירות ועזרה), התשכ"ז-1967, כפי שהוארך תוקפן ותוקן נוסחן בחוק, מעת לעת;
"צו בדבר הוראות ביטחון" – צו בדבר הוראות ביטחון [נוסח משולב] (יהודה והשומרון) (מס' 1651), התש"ע-2009
