6. תיקון חוק העונשין – מס' 153
בחוק העונשין, התשל"ז-1977", בסעיף 301א, אחרי סעיף קטן (ב) יבוא:
"(ג)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), הגורם בכוונה למותו של אדם מתוך מטרה לשלול את קיומה של מדינת ישראל, בנסיבות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א)(10), דינו – מיתה או מאסר עולם, ואחד מעונשים אלה בלבה"
