1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הודעה לציבור“ – הודעה שפרסם ראש הרשות באתר האינטרנט של הרשות;
”הוראה חדשה“ – הוראה לפי החוק שתחילתה ביום תחילתן של תקנות אלה או לאחריו;
”הוראה לפי החוק“ – הוראה לפי החוק שראש הרשות רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בשל הפרתה לפי סעיף 23כו לחוק;
”התראה מינהלית“ – כמשמעותה בסימן ג׳ בפרק ד׳3 לחוק.
