3. הודעה לציבור על משך תקופת היערכות
(א)פרסם ראש הרשות הודעה לציבור כאמור בתקנה 2(3) או (4), תפורט בה החלטתו בדבר משך תקופת ההיערכות.
(ב)החליט ראש הרשות על הארכת התקופה, כאמור בתקנה 2(3) או (4), יעדכן את ההודעה לציבור האמורה בתקנת משנה (א) ויפרט בה את משך תקופת ההארכה.
