1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית“ – הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית בתעופה כהגדרתה בחוק הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית בתעופה, התשפ״ד–2024;
”פקודת הראיות“ – פקודת הראיות [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971;
”פקודת סדרי הדין הפלילי (מעצר וחיפוש)“ – פקודת סדר הדין הפלילי (מעצר וחיפוש) [נוסח חדש], התשכ״ט–1969.
