2. דיווח חודשי
(א)מי שבשנה מסוימת היה בעל מלאי של מוצר מסוים ידווח למנהל, לגבי כל חודש בשנה העוקבת, את כמות המלאי של כל מוצר שבבעלותו במועד הקובע ואת מיקומו; דיווח כאמור יכלול פרטים מזהים.
(ב)דיווח כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יימסר למנהל עד 10 בחודש העוקב למועד הקובע, בטופס מקוון שיפורסם באתר האינטרנט של המשרד או באופן אחר שקבע השר בצו.
