26. סודיות ומחיקת דיווחים
(א)לא יגלה אדם ידיעה או מסמך שהגיעו אליו לפי חוק זה, ולא יעשה בהם שימוש, למעט לשם תכנון מלאי החירום של גרעיני חיטה למאכל אדם ושל מזון לבעלי חיים וניהולו.
(ב)העובר על הוראות סעיף קטן (א), דינו – קנס או מאסר שנה.
(ג)המנהל ימחק מידע שהתקבל לפי חוק זה לא יאוחר משנתיים ממועד קבלתו.
