5. מינוי המנהל וסמכותו לדרוש מידע
(א)השר ימנה, מקרב עובדי משרדו, מנהל לעניין חוק זה, ורשאי הוא למנות לו ממלא מקום קבוע מקרב עובדי משרדו.
(ב)הודעה בדבר מינוי המנהל תפורסם ברשומות.
(ג)המנהל רשאי לדרוש מכל אדם הנוגע בדבר כל ידיעה או מסמך שיש בהם כדי להבטיח או להקל את ביצועו של חוק זה.
