6. תקופת המינוי
(א)מינוי לכהונה בערכאה הראשונה יהיה לתקופה של שבע שנים, ובערכאת הערעור – עשר שנים.
(ב)שופט שהחל בדיון והסתיימה התקופה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יהיה מוסמך לסיים את הדיון בתוך שישה חודשים מיום סיום התקופה.
