3. בירור תלונה מקבילה
לא יתברר אירוע שהוגשה בעניינו תלונה לממונה על תלונות הציבור כהגדרתו בחוק הרשויות המקומיות (ממונה על תלונות הציבור), התשס״ח–2008, לפי סעיף 17(א)(2) לחוק, אלא אם כן סבר ראש היחידה כי בנסיבות העניין התלונה צריכה להתברר על ידו.
