12. בקשה לעיון מחדש
מבקש רישיון הרואה את עצמו נפגע מהחלטת הממונה לפי תקנות אלה, רשאי להגיש לממונה בקשה לעיון מחדש (בתקנה זו – הבקשה) בתוך 30 ימים מיום מתן ההחלטה; הממונה ישיב על הבקשה בתוך 30 ימים מיום שנמסרה לו הבקשה, ואם הממונה ביקש מהמבקש מידע או מסמכים נוספים הנדרשים להחלטה בבקשה – בתוך 30 ימים מיום שקיבל מהמבקש את כל המידע והמסמכים הנדרשים להחלטה בבקשה.
