17. העברת חלב ממחלבה למיתקן ייבוש
(א)מחלבה תעביר חלב למיתקן הייבוש בהתאם לתוכנית שאושרה כאמור בתקנה 16.
(ב)המחלבה תישא בעלויות ההובלה של החלב למיתקן הייבוש.
(ג)בעד חלב שהעבירה מחלבה למיתקן הייבוש, זכאית המחלבה לקבל ממיתקן הייבוש חומרי גלם חלביים, בכמות שוות ערך לכמות החלב שהעבירה לייבוש, ובאותם אחוזי שומן.
