21. סודיות
(א)עובדי מועצת החלב ובעלי תפקיד בה ישמרו בסוד ולא יעבירו לאחר כל מידע או מסמך שנמסר בהתאם לתקנות אלה, אלא במידה הנדרשת לביצוע הוראות לפי החוק ובכפוף להוראות כל דין או על פי צו בית משפט.
(ב)תקנת משנה (א) אינה חלה על העברת מידע מצרפי שאין בו כדי לזהות אדם מסוים.
