5. סמכות המנהל לדרוש דיווחים נוספים
המנהל, באישור מועצת החלב ומנימוקים מיוחדים שיירשמו, רשאי להורות למחלבה מסוימת או למיתקן ייבוש מסוים למסור לו דיווחים נוספים בעניין כמויות ייצור, שיווק ומלאי של חלב גולמי, חומרי גלם חלביים ומוצרי חלב, באופן ובמועד שיורה ואשר יש בהם כדי להבטיח את ביצוען של תקנות אלה.
