3. ביצוע ותקנות
שר הביטחון ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה לעניין צבא הגנה לישראל, השר לביטחון לאומי ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה לעניין משטרת ישראל ושירות בתי הסוהר ויושב ראש הכנסת ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה לעניין משמר הכנסת; כל אחד מהם רשאי בתחום סמכותו להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו של חוק זה, לרבות לעניין אופן הגשת הבקשות להחזר הוצאות רפואיות והטיפול בהן.
