12. הוראות מעבר לשנת 1991
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 3(א)(2) לחוק־יסוד: משק המדינה, התקציב לשנת הכספים 1991 יהיה לתקופה של תשעה חדשים.
(ב)על אף האמור בכל חיקוק, לרבות חוק זה, הביטוי ”שנת כספים“, לצורך שנת 1991, משמעו התקופה מאחד באפריל 1991 עד שלושים ואחד בדצמבר 1991.
(ג)שר האוצר רשאי, בהתייעצות עם שר הממונה על ביצועו של חיקוק, לקבוע בתקנות הוראות המתאימות את הוראותיו של אותו חיקוק לשנת הכספים 1991, בהתחשב בתקופתה של שנה זו.
