1. ועדת העבודה והרווחה
כל סמכות ותפקיד הנתונים לפי חיקוק לועדת העבודה של הכנסת או לועדת השירותים הציבוריים של הכנסת יהיו נתונים לועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, אולם הכנסת רשאית, בהחלטה על־פי הצעת ועדת הכנסת, לקבוע כי סמכות או תפקיד כאמור יהיו נתונים לועדה אחרת של הכנסת.
