1. הפחתת עמלות
לא יחוב אדם בכל עמלה, דמי שמירה או תשלום כיוצא בהם בשל החזקת מניות כמשמעותן בהסדרים לרכישת ניירות ערך בנקאיים שפורסמו בילקוט הפרסומים 2971 מיום ט״ז בחשון התשמ״ה (23 באוקטובר 1983), שנחסמו בפקדון למשמרת בהתאם להסדר כאמור, אלא בשיעור כולל שאינו עולה על 0.1% לשנה מערכן, ואם חל עליו סעיף 3(ו) להסדר כאמור – יהיה פטור מכולם.
נתקבל בכנסת ביום י״ג באב התשמ״ה (31 ביולי 1985).
